Youth Economic Empowerment & Employability

We equip young Malagasy individuals with the skills and tools for economic independence, from entrepreneurship and mentorship to job readiness and financial support through our Youth Basket Fund.

Youth Engagement & Empowerment

We also develop toolkits and essential resources, and aim to establish a common fund to finance youth-led initiatives.

Advocate

Youth First believes in amplifying youth voices to ensure they are heard, prioritized, and included in all decision-making spheres. We promote the needs and realities of young people, working to create a favorable environment for their development by influencing policies and systems at both local and national levels. This means fostering spaces for youth participation and advocating for the adoption of youth-centric policies.
