The members of our Board of Advisors bring their diverse expertise and unwavering commitment, ensuring every decision optimally serves our mission and values, driving sustainable impact for youth in Madagascar and beyond. In alignment with our commitment to being truly youth-led, all our board members are under 35, bringing fresh perspectives and lived experiences to our strategic direction.

Lova Randrianasolo is a development practitioner with years of experience in behavioral and social change oriented projects, with an emphasis on children rights and youth empowerment. She holds Master in social communication and currently. She developed interest in children poverty, behavioral economics, social change and social policies. During her five-years professional career, she has been involved in volunteering and working with various organizations in Madagascar in Youth Empowerment.
