Our Board of Advisors
Guardians of our vision, strategic guides, and pillars of our actions. The members of our Board of Advisors bring their diverse expertise and unwavering commitment, ensuring every decision optimally serves our mission and values, driving sustainable impact for youth in Madagascar and beyond. In alignment with our commitment to being truly youth-led, all our board members are under 35, bringing fresh perspectives and lived experiences to our strategic direction.

Ranto has spent his life helping others through his personal and professional experiences. He worked as a volunteer in education to help young people, and then worked with the NGO Youth First for four years. Now, he assists the Malagasy government on behalf of CRS by coordinating the protection cluster during emergencies to help the most vulnerable people.
