The members of our Board of Advisors bring their diverse expertise and unwavering commitment, ensuring every decision optimally serves our mission and values, driving sustainable impact for youth in Madagascar and beyond. In alignment with our commitment to being truly youth-led, all our board members are under 35, bringing fresh perspectives and lived experiences to our strategic direction.

Najaina is a Behavioral Designer with more than eight years of experience in early childhood, adolescence, and youth development. She has worked at Youth First, UNICEF, UNDP, the World Bank, and international NGOs, taking on both managerial and technical responsibilities. Her experience will be a major asset as an economic empowerment advisor.
