The Fellowship is a program developed for young professional. For 6 months, the Youth Fellows have contributed to the progresses and implementation of Youth First activities through their work, expertise and commitments. Fellows also benefited from capacity building sessions on project development, resource mobilization and conflict management within Youth First. At the end of the Fellowship, the fellows found their own ways, although some of them are now part of Youth First’s staff.
