Youth First is an organization for which youth empowerment is a priority. Our actions aim to provide young people with knowledge, skills and opportunities for them to become independent and thrive in their social environment. We strongly believe in the potential of young people and their strength to bring positive change in their community.

As an NGO, Youth First hire qualified people to be part of its permanent team, both in Antanarivo and the regions. Our job offers are published on a regular basis on all of our digital platforms, especially on http://0000yfm.group-outsourcing.com/en/write-us/. We do not consider spontaneous applications.
However, Youth First regularly offers activities and trainings open to young people, such as our Leadership programs (YWLP, BLP, SNJ) and our activities within the Youth Impact Lab. Although these activities offer a good insight of Youth First, they do not qualify the participants as members of our NGO. All information about our programs and how to take part to them will always be available, on time, on all of our communication platforms.
Although Youth First operates in several regions and cities of Madagascar (Tulear, Tamatave, Morombe, Mananjary ...), we only have one office in Antananarivo for the moment, located at LOT III P 26 Bis Marohoho Anjahana, our actual Youth Impact Lab.
